By accessing or using the 365betph website, mobile platform, or any associated services, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. To access the full range of 365betph services, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on 365betph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 365betph will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Accurate Information. You must provide your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and other required details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC). 365betph may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including submission of a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be restricted or closed.
• Account Ownership. Your 365betph account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.

All financial transactions on 365betph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit card. No other payment methods are accepted.

• Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction, unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• Deposit Processing. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically reflected in your 365betph account within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day depending on the originating bank.
• Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 365betph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within your 365betph account dashboard.
• No Third-Party Payments. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.
• Currency. All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 365betph does not accept or process any cryptocurrency transactions.

365betph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the relevant promotion details. The following general conditions apply to all 365betph bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 365betph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Bonus Abuse. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated software, or coordinating with other players – will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.
• Expiry. Bonuses and free spins have an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion. Unused bonus funds or spins will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Modification & Withdrawal. 365betph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All games available on the 365betph platform – including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, bingo, and card games – are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules in addition to these Terms.

• Random Number Generators. All non-live games on 365betph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
• Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not influenced by 365betph software.
• Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 365betph reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Bet Acceptance. 365betph reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed in error or bets that exploit pricing errors.
• Return to Player (RTP). Theoretical RTP percentages for individual games are available within each game's information panel. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP over any given session.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 365betph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and knowledge;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place bets, or manipulate outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or platform feature;
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 365betph staff through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any 365betph software or system;
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.

365betph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a financial institution;
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming Policy;
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of all applicable verification requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not withdrawable upon account closure unless all wagering requirements have been met.

You may request voluntary closure of your 365betph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any 365betph content;

Any unauthorised use of 365betph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 365betph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365betph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the 365betph platform or any of its services.

• 365betph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• 365betph is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• 365betph is not responsible for any telecommunications, internet, or network failures that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
• In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, 365betph's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The 365betph platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

365betph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the 365betph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Process. Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 365betph's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most account and transaction disputes can be resolved within five (5) to ten (10) business days through our internal resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction.

Regulatory Complaints. If you believe 365betph has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations, you may file a complaint with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through their official channels.

365betph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Minor amendments – such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any provision, or updates required by law – may take effect immediately without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the 365betph platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 8.
